With a background in restaurant service, Briana focuses on customer satisfaction, wanting clients to leave with a smile and a positive experience. She is excited to continue this customer care in her insurance journey with Reilly! Out of the office, she loves to spend time with family, in particular two young nieces and a nephew whom she adores and loves to watch grow up. She especially enjoys the fall season and going to college football games… WE ARE!! However, she is not opposed to staying in to watch a scary movie and cuddle up with her cat, Nirvana.
