With more than 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, Mike has served as a producing agent, manager, trainer, and mentor to countless insurance professionals. Recently, he transitioned from a production and client-facing role to Chief Operations Officer, driven by his passion for supporting the growth and development of our team.

Mike has the privilege of sharing both life and work with his wife of 38 years. Together, they have raised two children and enjoy spending time with their family. Outside the office, Mike is an avid fan of the Three Stooges and enjoys woodworking, hunting, fishing, camping, and trying to improve his golf game.

He is also deeply committed to giving back to the community and values the agency’s charitable initiatives. For the past 14 years, he has worked with youth at MHS, helping make a positive impact on the next generation.
