Although new to insurance, Shannon spent almost 30 years as a paralegal before her attorney mentor retired.  A lifelong friend of Nicole Fisher, she joined the Hess-Reilly Agency.  She brings her customer service and professional skills to the agency and its valued customers.  Shannon and her husband, Darren, have 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, kayaking and her book club.
